Seasonal, locally sourced produce is central to the menu. Game such as pheasant comes directly from the nearby Larchfield Estate, while vegetables are supplied by trusted local farms. Fresh seafood and prime cuts of meat are prepared with care and cooked in our Bertha wood burning oven to bring out their natural flavour. This mix of carefully chosen ingredients and skilled cooking ensures guests enjoy both familiar favourites and new ideas.
